His collaborative efforts helped shape initiatives like the Business Economic Recovery Plan, aiding Vista’s rebound and growth. Through the Central Vista Business Improvement District (CVBID), Joe will enhance programs that fund marketing, events, and improvements for downtown merchants, ensuring assessments translate into tangible benefits like increased foot traffic and vibrancy. He’ll streamline permitting and offer incentives, building on successful promotions such as the Vista Bucks Gift Card program and the 24th Annual Vista Duck Race in May 2025, which spotlight local businesses.
